TGS Doors provides an Active Maintenance Service Contract to a number of Local Authorities. Over the years, they have dispensed with the DLO Department and, in doing so, have taken on an obligation to service the Tenant Charter requirement.

The Active Maintenance Service Contract ensures that all Security Doors, Screens and Door Entry Systems are kept in working order around the clock!

We are on call 24 hours per day in case of any failing systems.

To have this service will benefit your area with regard to the security surveillance aspect. A vehicle with a service engineer is designated to your area to ensure day to day servicing of doors and door entry systems. Furthermore, the TLC pack also includes regular cleaning of the doors/screens and access control systems on a rotational basis.
